Product Description
Welding fume extractor is used not only in welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes which generate smoke and dust, but also can be applied for the recovery of rare metals and precious materials, etc.
Our mobilde extractor is specially developed to extract welding fumes from manufacturing industry, this mobile unit contains a durable filter that is easy to clean.
The welding fume extractor is a purification device specially designed for the treatment of welding, cutting, and polishing, which produces a large number of small metal particles that are harmful to the human body suspended in the air. It is suitable for single and double stations. It has high purification efficiency, light and flexible. Equipped with a 2-3 meter long flexible suction arm, the mobile style can be easily moved in different working places and makes it easier to be operated.
It can be equipped with either PVC extraction arm, or silicone hose cone, and also cover with either silicone or aluminium alloy, the suction arm provide temperature resistance from 140℃ to 400℃.
