Structural Principle

Characteristics of Polyester
Polyester is the most important filter material used in the manufacture of filter bags. Polyester fiber has a hygroscopicity of only 0.6% -0.8% when the relative humidity is 100% under standard conditions, Therefore, the fiber performance does not change much in dry or humid environments, and can provide good water resistance at normal temperature.
Polyester is acid-resistant and insoluble in organic acids. At low temperatures, it is very stable under low concentrations of inorganic acids and organic acidic solvents, but it can be dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid.
Polyester is a polycondensation type polymer, and the macromolecule contains ester bonds, so it is not particularly resistant to strong alkalis at high temperatures.
The advantage of the PTFE membrane filter bag is that it realizes surface filtration. The principle is to trap the dust on the surface of the filter bag through the smooth microporous PTFE film, instead of forming a dust layer inside the filter material, so as to achieve surface filtration. And due to the smooth and waterproof properties of PTFE, the dust is not easy to adhere to the surface of the filter bag, make ash removal easy and effective.
