Product Overview
The mobile welding fume extractor is a purification device specially designed for the treatment of welding, cutting, and polishing, which produces a large number of small metal particles that are harmful to the human body suspended in the air. It is suitable for single and double stations. It has high purification efficiency, light and flexible , Equipped with a 2 or 3 meters long flexible suction arm(maximum 5 meters for customization), the mobile style can be easily moved in different working places and makes it easier to be operated, the smoke purification rate is more than 99%(Differs according to different working conditions).
With the wind of the fan, the dust is sucked into the air inlet of the device through the suction hose, and then the dust is blocked inside the air inlet, and the large dust is settled down to the dust drawer. Small dust enters the settling chamber, using gravity and upstream air, first drop the coarse dust directly onto the ash drawer, and the small dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter. The clean air will be filtered by the PTFE filter cartridge, and then enter the clean room, discharged through the air outlet.
