This downdraft workbench can effectively capture small suspended dust without affecting the movement and vision of workers. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized fine processing and especially good for irregular parts processing.

 

Our advanced grinding table is wonderful for welding, polishing, grinding and cutting processes, in various industries such as tobacco, building, metallurgy, chemical, electric power, machinery, casting, metal processing.

 

Under the negative pressure generated by the fan, the large particle dusts directly falls into the dust collector drawer under the action of gravity after colliding with the deflector, while the fine particles enters into the cartridge filter chamber, the air pass through the cartridge from the outer surface of it, and the dust is blocked by the cartridge and absorbed on its surface.

 

When the blocked dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the cartridge, the cartridge can be cleaned by a manual cleaner, or can be cleaned by pulse jet by air compressor. The cartridge can be used repeatedly after cleaning, the longest use time can reach 24 months, and the purified clean air is discharged to the surrounding.

Features

 

With the wind of the fan, the dust is sucked into the air inlet of the device through the suction hose, and then the dust is blocked inside the air inlet, and the large dust is settled down to the dust drawer. Small dust enters the settling chamber, using gravity and upstream air, first drop the coarse dust directly onto the ash drawer, and the small dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter. The clean air will be filtered by the PTFE filter cartridge, and then enter the clean room, discharged through the air outlet.

 

1. A deflector is setted at the air inlet of the extraction table to prevent dust from directly impacting the cartridge, therefore, the service life of the filter cartridge is prolonged.

 

4. The cartridge has the advantage of long service life, stable performance and easy replacement. Our unique cartridge with filter screen owns much longer service life and higher efficiency than ordinary cartridges from other suppliers.

Note: It would be very convenient to replace the filter: Hold the cartridge filter by your hands and rotate. Clockwise rotate the cartridge filter to take it down from the table; Anticlockwise rotate the cartridge filter to fasten it on.

The filter from replacement can be reused, as long as it can be cleaned thoroughly, you can clean it by using compressed air, or water.

applied to the central dust system.

 

For example, It can be connected to cartridge filter by spiral ventilating duct to meet the needs of dust removal for large amounts of work, such as stone sandblasting and stone cutting in the stone processing industry. It can simultaneously clean the dust of the stone and sand from sandblasting.
