Features
1.The unique desktop design is perfect, built-in dust removal system to prevent dust pollution, the fan is silent, no pipe connection is required, and the cleaned air can circulate indoors, help you save energy expenditure.
2.This workbench can effectively capture small suspended dust without affecting the movement and vision of workers. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized fine processing and especially good for irregular parts processing. It can also be connected with a special dust purifier and applied to the central dust system.
3.The fan adopt a high-efficiency centrifugal fan, which has the advantages of high efficiency and smooth operation.
4.A deflector is setted at the air inlet of the extraction table to prevent dust from directly impacting the cartridge, therefore, the service life of the filter cartridge is prolonged.
5.The design with caster supports moving to any suitable place for work at anytime.
The brake pad of caster can fix the working table stably. This high-strength casters allow the load-bearing capacity of the table to reach more than 200kg.

7.In order to prevent noise pollution, noise reduction treatment is adopted for the fan.

Working Principle
The negative pressure generated by the fan make the dusty air to be sucked into the filter from sideway and down draft, and the airflow enters the diversion channel.
Then the large particle dusts directly falls into the dust collector drawer under the action of gravity after colliding with the deflector, while the fine particles enters into the cartridge filter chamber, the air pass through the cartridge from the outer surface of it, and the dust is blocked by the cartridge and absorbed on its surface.
When the blocked dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the cartridge, the cartridge can be cleaned by a manual cleaner, or can be cleaned by pulse jet by air compressor. The cartridge can be used repeatedly after cleaning, the longest use time can reach 24 months, and the purified clean air is discharged to the surrounding.
